Does Bachan’s need to be refrigerated?
Yes, because we don't use any artificial preservatives, we recommend refrigerating your sauce after opening to maintain its fresh, authentic flavor.
Is Bachan’s Japanese Barbecue Sauce gluten-free?
We offer a specific Gluten-Free lineup! While our Original sauce contains high-quality soy sauce with wheat, our Gluten-Free versions use tamari to provide the same great taste without the gluten.
What is the shelf life of the sauce?
Unopened bottles are shelf-stable for up to 18 months from the manufacturing date. Once opened, we recommend enjoying it within 6 months while stored in the refrigerator.
Where is Bachan's produced?
Our sauce is proudly cold-filled in small batches right here in the USA, using a family recipe and premium ingredients sourced both locally and from Japan.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders typically process within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days depending on your location within the United States.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within the United States and to select military addresses. We are working hard to bring Bachan's to our fans around the world soon!
